Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of techniflows (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company through the web.
2. "Member" refers to a user who has signed up for the Service and agreed to these Terms.
3. "Paid Service" refers to subscription-based services that require payment.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)
These Terms become effective upon the Member's agreement and the Company's approval. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of relevant laws and will notify Members of any changes in advance.
Article 4 (Privacy Protection)
The Company strives to protect Members' personal information in accordance with relevant laws. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Article 5 (Account Registration and Accounts)
1. Membership registration is completed by signing in with a Google account.
2. Members are responsible for managing their account information and must not allow third parties to use their account.
3. The Company may restrict or terminate membership in cases of fraudulent use, violation of these Terms, or illegal activities.
Article 6 (Paid Services and Payment)
1. The Company provides paid subscription services (Pro plan) with additional features.
2. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
3. Payment details and subscription information can be viewed on the My Page.
4. The Company may change service fees with prior notice to Members.
Article 7 (Service Content)
The Company provides video de-identification services through the web. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate services with prior notice to Members.
Article 8 (Withdrawal and Refunds)
1. Members may withdraw their subscription within 7 days of payment and receive a full refund.
2. After 7 days, a pro-rated refund for the unused period will be provided.

Article 9 (Subscription Renewal and Cancellation)
1. Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle.
2. Members may cancel their subscription at any time through My Page.
3. Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Renewal payment is processed automatically unless cancelled before the billing date.
Article 10 (Data Protection and Management)
The Company implements security measures to protect Member data. All video processing is performed locally in the browser, and the Company does not store video content.
Article 11 (Service Termination)
Members may terminate their account at any time. Upon termination, Member data will be deleted unless retention is required by law. Any active subscription will be cancelled, and refunds will be processed according to the Refund Policy.
Article 12 (Damages and Disclaimer)
1. Either party may claim damages for losses caused by the other party's violation of these Terms.
2. The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, Member's fault, or third-party actions.
3. The Company is not liable for any issues arising from data processed by the Member using the Service.
